Assignment Operators

Operator	Description
=	Simple assignment
+=, -=, *=, /=, //=, %=, **=	Augmented arithmetic
&=, \|=, ^=, <<=, >>=	Augmented bitwise

In the current version of Sharpy, user definitions of assignment operators like += via dunder methods (e.g. __iadd__) are not supported.

Implementation - ✅ Native - Direct mapping (except **= and //= which are lowered).
